Engagement Lead
You run engagements end to end. You protect the work, the timeline, and the client relationship in equal measure, and you remove the small fires before they become big ones.

- Own 4–6 active engagements at a time.
- Be the senior point of contact for client leadership.
- Drive the operating cadence of each engagement.
- Anticipate risks and resolve them before they hit the team or the client.
- Partner with leads to make sure scope and quality stay in agreement.
- 7+ years running complex engagements at a professional service firm, consultancy, or in-house.
- You’ve led work for senior operators (CEO/CFO/COO) and lived to tell about it.
- You write clearly and quickly. You don’t hide behind status decks.
- Operational instincts. You make work easier for everyone around you.
