You run engagements end to end. You protect the work, the timeline, and the client relationship in equal measure, and you remove the small fires before they become big ones.

  • 01Own 4–6 active engagements at a time.
  • 02Be the senior point of contact for client leadership.

  • 05Partner with leads to make sure scope and quality stay in agreement.
  • 017+ years running complex engagements at a professional service firm, consultancy, or in-house.
  • 02You’ve led work for senior operators (CEO/CFO/COO) and lived to tell about it.
  • 03You write clearly and quickly. You don’t hide behind status decks.
  • 04Operational instincts. You make work easier for everyone around you.
