A premium hospitality property in Kotor had no site of its own and couldn't take a direct reservation, depending heavily on Booking.com and Airbnb and losing a share of revenue to commission.
[ 02 — Approach ]
I designed and built a new site from the ground up — a premium presentation of the property and its accommodation — connected to a booking engine where guests explore availability and reserve directly. The system automates the booking flow, creates an independent channel, and gives the property control of the guest journey.

C Group Apartments now takes direct reservations through its own site, instead of handing every booking to a platform.
