Direct bookings that saved a villa complex €10k in one season
A villa complex handing the OTAs a cut of every booking. I built its own site and a direct-booking platform with custom packages — and it saved them €10k in a single season.

A luxury villa complex in Tivat had no site of its own and depended on Booking.com and Airbnb — meaning a substantial share of its booking revenue disappeared into platform commission every season.
[ 02 — Approach ]
I designed and built Unedo's own website presenting the complex and its accommodation, then added a private direct-booking platform where guests explore the property and reserve without going through a third party. The system automates the direct reservation flow and hands Unedo control of its guest journey.
[ 03 — Outcomes ]
Unedo now takes direct reservations through its own site, and kept roughly €10k in one season that used to go to the OTAs.
