A family hotel losing margin to OTA commissions. I built a premium booking site with live room availability and two-way Airbnb sync, so they own their reservations again.

A family-owned hotel in Ulcinj had no site of its own and couldn't take a direct booking. It leaned heavily on online travel agencies, handing a meaningful slice of every reservation to commission.

I designed and built a custom hotel site presenting the property and its rooms, then added a private booking platform where guests check real-time availability and current prices and reserve directly. I synced it with Booking.com and Airbnb so availability stays aligned across every channel — no manual juggling, no double-bookings.

The hotel now takes direct reservations, shows live availability and pricing, and keeps every channel in sync automatically.
