A major fitness creator from Montenegro had a large, established audience and no way to convert it — no complete digital product, no sales infrastructure to turn that attention into revenue.

I built the product and its full acquisition and sales system from scratch: offer structure, funnel design and development, conversion tracking, and the automation behind leads, customers, payments, and email. I wrote the campaign and video scripts, recorded the content, produced the ad creative, and prepared the email campaigns — then ran the Meta ads that filled the funnel and converted.
