Direct bookings for a family guesthouse
A family guesthouse routing every booking through external platforms. I built its own site — made to be found — with a direct booking engine.

A family-owned guesthouse in Ulcinj had no independent online presence and leaned heavily on Booking.com and Airbnb — capping its direct reservations and leaving a steady commission cost in place.
[ 02 — Approach ]
I designed and built the full website, giving the property a dedicated place to present its accommodation and the detail guests want before booking, then added a booking engine so visitors explore availability and reserve directly. The online flow cuts the manual work of processing every request, and SEO across the structure and accommodation content improved visibility for relevant searches.
[ 03 — Outcomes ]
Resort Austria now attracts guests through its own site and takes direct reservations, instead of routing every booking through a platform.
