A lake-cruise business nobody could find or book online. I built a modern site that presents every tour and lets customers check availability, reserve, and pay, plus the SEO to get found.

A small family business running boat cruises on Skadar Lake had an outdated, slow site with almost no search visibility, and no way for customers to check availability, reserve a cruise, or pay online.
[ 02, Approach ]
I designed and built a modern site presenting the tours with the detail customers need to pick the right one, plus an online reservation flow: choose a tour, see real-time availability, book, and pay. That cuts the back-and-forth of confirming reservations by hand. I reworked the site's structure and content so search engines understand the tours and the business shows up for Skadar Lake cruise searches.
