Turning a fitness following into a product that sells while he sleeps
A fitness creator with a real following but nothing to sell it. I built the product and the whole machine behind it — funnel, lead magnets, automated follow-up, and tracking.

A fitness creator from Montenegro had built a real social audience but had nothing to sell them — no digital product, no sales system, no recurring offer. The attention was there; the machine to monetize it wasn't.
[ 02 — Approach ]
I built the product and its entire sales system from scratch: the funnel design and development, conversion tracking, and the automation behind leads, purchases, subscriptions, and email. I wrote the scripts, supported the video recording, produced the ad creative, and prepared the campaigns — then launched and managed the Meta ads and the email flows that talk to leads and customers. Product to positioning to acquisition to payment to subscription delivery, end to end.

Balša now sells one-off products and recurring subscriptions to his audience through a funnel that runs, and reports, on its own.
