An online store that syncs itself with the shop's POS

An electronics shop that couldn't sell online without doubling its admin. I built a store that syncs itself with the in-store POS — products, prices, and stock flow in automatically.

An online store that syncs itself with the shop's POS

[ 01 — Challenge ]

A company selling pool equipment — and building pools — had no online store. Its product, stock, and price data lived in the in-store point-of-sale system, disconnected from anything a customer could reach online.

[ 02 — Approach ]

I built a fully custom e-commerce solution around the existing in-store operation. The store syncs regularly with the POS, so products, current prices, and live stock appear online automatically. I imported the full catalogue and structured the store so customers browse the complete equipment offer, added tracking for visibility into activity and product interest, and worked the site structure and product content for search discoverability.

[ 03 — Outcomes ]

Eltec now sells online while product, pricing, and stock stay in sync with the POS it already runs in-store — no double-entry.

[ 05 — Client ]

“The custom POS integration works flawlessly. Our online prices are always in sync with our cash registers.”
